Wholesale Customer Return Form

If you are an iFixit Pro Wholesale customer, please use the form below to enter in your return information. Order number, iFixit item code and reason for return are all required fields. Returns of five items or more will be processed for store credit which can be used for a replacement order, bulk replacements are not allowed.
