Pro Return Policy
Have something you would like to return back to us? Don’t worry, it’s a fairly easy process and we’ll help get you back up and running with your repairs in no time!
TL; DR Contact us within 90 days by filling out the form below and an email with return instructions will be sent out to you. If the item is defective, the refund will include the original shipping cost and a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

Note: “Receipt” refers to when the package arrived in your hands, not when the package was ordered.
90 days or less from receipt:
DEFECTIVE ITEM
We will send you a replacement free of charge
Or
We will provide you with a shipping label to return the defective item and issue you a full refund, including original shipping. The refund can be made to the original payment method or issued in store credit.
NON-DEFECTIVE ITEM
We do not provide a shipping label or refund the initial shipping for non-defective returns. The refund amount will be equivalent to the item price plus any applicable sales tax.
More than 90 days from receipt:
DEFECTIVE ITEM (that is still under warranty)
We will send you a replacement free of charge
Or
We will provide you with a shipping label to return the defective item and issue you a full refund (including shipping) in the form of store credit.
NON-DEFECTIVE ITEM
We are unable to accept non-defective items back for a return for a refund or store credit following 90 days from delivery of the package.
*If the order is international and the return is due to a defective item, we will reimburse return shipping charges for non-expedited, trackable shipping methods up to $25, unless otherwise specified
*If a return does not come back in the condition stated (i.e. a torn cable, cracks, scratches, etc.) a refund may be denied, or additional charges may apply.
*We do not do exchanges. If you mistakenly ordered the wrong part (i.e. a battery for an iPhone 6 but you have an iPhone 6s), we cannot exchange it for you. Instead, please feel free to place a new order for the correct part whenever you like. In the meantime, please make a request to return the incorrect part back to us within 90 days.

You will be asked to provide the email associated with your iFixit account, the order number, the iFixit item code, and the reason for the return.
Once you have filled out this form, our wholesale customer support team will contact you within one to two business days with an RMA number or a follow-up if more information is necessary.
